A Review Campaign enables service providers to connect with former customers and entice them to share their experience with your company by offering them gift cards in exchange for a testimonial.
Like any other product or service, customers are more likely to engage with a well-reviewed brand than a seemingly unknown company. Running a Review Campaign allows you to simultaneously reward customers for sharing their thoughts and generate trust with future customers.

Review Campaigns can be easily created through your Cloudscene account under ‘Review Campaign’. Users can incentivize customers to leave a review by offering gift cards, or alternatively, run a campaign without an incentive. The option you choose will depend on your objectives and how you think your past customers will behave, either way, the Cloudscene team is available to assist you at any point in the campaign. Whether you opt to offer an incentive or not, the review campaign is designed to stay active for 60 days and can target 50 recipients at a time.
